1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Fulfillment time: 2–7 business days (each item is made to order).
Shipping time:
U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on customs
During holiday seasons, production and shipping may take a bit longer, so please order early!

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are custom made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.
We do replace or refund items if:
They arrive damaged or defective
The wrong item/size/color was shipped by mistake
