Welcome to Holiday Printworks! By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. General

  • Holiday Printworks (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides custom printed products made to order using third-party production partners (Printful, Printify, Tapstitch).

  • Because products are made on demand, fulfillment begins as soon as your order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All payments must be made in full at checkout.

  • Prices are shown in [currency] and may include applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment is not completed or if fraud is suspected.

3. Shipping

  • Shipping times vary by product and destination (see Shipping Policy).

  • Delivery dates are estimates; once an order leaves the production partner’s facility, shipping delays are outside of our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color choice.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery (see our Refund Policy).

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs on Holiday Printworks are original works or used with permission.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our designs or products.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Holiday Printworks is not liable for delays, shipping issues, or damages beyond what is covered under our refund policy.

  • Maximum liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
