Returns & Refund Policy - Holiday Printworks

Thank you for shopping with Holiday Printworks. Because we work with print-on-demand partners (Printful, Printify, Tapstitch), many of our products are custom made once ordered. Here’s our policy for returns, reprints, and refunds:

What we do accept / cover


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there's been a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days after delivery. We will ask for photos showing the issue to verify.


In such cases, we will arrange either a free reprint or a refund.


If the item shipped is the wrong design, color, size (due to our error or the fulfillment partner's error), we will correct it (reprint or refund) once we verify the mistake.

What we do not accept


Returns or exchanges if you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color by mistake, or don’t like how it looks after it’s made. Because the items are printed on demand, we can’t accept standard returns in these cases.


Worn, washed, or altered items.

Timeframes and Proofs


Any claims for damage/defects or fulfillment mistakes must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number.


We may request additional photos or video if multiple items are affected by the same issue.

Shipping & Reshipments


If an order is returned to sender due to an invalid address or similar shipping issue, we may be able to reship it (you’ll be notified).


Shipping fees for reshipment may depend on the situation; sometimes we’ll cover them, sometimes there may be a small fee.

Refunds


If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued back to the original payment method.


Refund processing time depends on your bank/credit card provider (usually a few business days).


If we issue a refund via a store credit or internal balance (in some cases), we'll let you know.

Exceptions & Small Print


Minor variations in print placement (for example, for DTG printing) are expected and are not considered defects.


Items made exactly to your specifications (custom design, special requests) may have more limited options; please double check details before ordering.


In some regions (countries) there may be additional regulations that affect returns/refunds.
